Yoga Habit Sculptor is all about strength, stamina, and flexibility through comprehensive conditioning exercises to complement your asana practice.
The short classes are packed with concentrated movements designed to pinpoint and strengthen specific muscle groups through resistance training and repetitions. These classes serve as the foundational building block to safely build towards deeper, more expansive openings in the physical yoga practice.
I created Habit Sculptor inspired by my own quarantine fitness routine!
It was my go-to toning practice every day during the beginning of lockdown and I loved the simple straightforwardness and the after-effects of the practice so much that I decided to create a little comprehensive journey! I love this practice because it's straight up and cultivates noticeable shifts that can be felt in the yoga practice!
This spicy strengthening and flexibility journey is designed for those who have limited time but want a well-rounded routine.
This program focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility to complement your asana practice.
Each 30-minute session contains a 4-minute warm-up, 14 minutes timed intense non-stop toning and strengthening, 5 minutes focused flexibility, and finishes with a short breathwork and meditation practice to integrate and cool down.
