In Wheel Variations we curiously explore what it really means to be in, and out of our comfort zone. A 5-day journey with intelligently crafted sequences and daily journalling exercises, all designed to facilitate deep inner discovery and growth, and any limiting beliefs that could be holding you back.We will look at how the storms of discomfort hold all of the power to grow us in the most amazing ways.

In this program, there are five classes that are designed progressively, each sequence preparing you for the next. Some practices may feel intense, so remember to really listen to your body.
