My name is Meghan and I’m frankly THRILLED that you are here! I have been teaching yoga-inspired practices for 10 years and practicing for 20. Human movement and expression in all formats is my jam. I believe that when we show up as ourselves, with all our quirks and imperfections, we are our most powerful and creative.

The Yoga-inspired practices here come from my life’s experience. They are designed to create inquiries and connections back to the magic and wealth of being who we are.

Having overcome my own challenges with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and addiction with yoga-inspired movement and practices, I am passionate about sharing what has helped me to transform.

With Nature as my greatest inspiration and guide, I want to take you through a transformative multi-layered journey. I believe that all of life is intrinsically woven with intelligence. My classes, workshops, and training inspire a reconnection to this intelligence, through the vessel of the body.

My hope is that you can come here and feel loved up, expand out of your comfort zone, connect to what’s real for you, and get inspired. Meghan's Yoga-inspired movement, Breath Flow Movement, is a style of practice that emphasizes breath centred awareness in movement, meditation and breath work exercises. The physical practice, is a deeply strengthening, creative style of conscious movement that creates full body awakening, fluidity and agility. The emphasis on breath awareness creates a meditative state that helps focus and still the mind,  while tuning and toning the body.  Breath Flow Meditations are practices that empower greater connection to simple breath via exercises that still bring focus and calm.  All Practices are designed to leave your body purring and your mind spacious.

Physical alignment is a pillar of this form of movement as it assists in correcting habitual patterns in the body that can cause imbalance, therefore increasing sustainable longevity to the practice. Intelligent alignment also makes complex postures safe and more accessible. During the practice, awareness is guided to be consciously anchored in somatic experiencing moment-to-moment, as this enables everything to be felt fully and processed as it arises. The outcome is growth, not only in physical strength and openness, but also emotionally and mentally. The intention and effect above all is an embracing of all the diverse aspects of oneself.


Come prepared to sweat, have fun, and be lovingly pushed and expanded just beyond what you may think is possible. Coaxed and encouraged to be comfortable and cozy in all the rich flavours of life. Classes are coated with Intention, extraordinary Attention to Alignment, and super playful creative sequencing. Lots of focus on core strength and stability and building body intelligence so as to playfully and safely create exquisite architecture, body art.
